November 2017: Newport Beach experienced a 14.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Newport Beach rose by $277,000 while total sales decreased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,227,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $1,950,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in Newport Beach in November 2016.
