Median home prices in Las Flores fell to $785,000 in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Las Flores fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $785,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $830,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Las Flores in July 2016.
