April 2017: Home prices in Fountain Valley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Fountain Valley rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $747,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $725,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Fountain Valley in April 2016.
