Palmdale median home prices rose by 6.8% in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Palmdale rose by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 97.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $473,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Palmdale in February 2021.
