Home prices increased in Tustin during January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Tustin rose by $172,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $917,500 - a 23.2% increase over the $745,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Tustin in January 2016.
