Median home prices in Los Angeles rose to $1,112,500 in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Los Angeles rose by $331,500 while total sales decreased by 98.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,112,500 - a 42.4% increase over the $781,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,991 homes sold in Los Angeles in February 2021.
