Rising home prices in San Clemente in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in San Clemente rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $952,500 - a 2.9% increase over the $925,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in San Clemente in January 2016.
