February 2022: Torrance experienced a 31.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Torrance rose by $284,750 while total sales decreased by 94.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,200,000 - a 31.1% increase over the $915,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Torrance in February 2021.
