Cherryland home prices rose in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Cherryland rose by $75,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $585,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $510,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cherryland in the second quarter of 2016.
