Antoine Levy has recently joined our faculty as an economics professor, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our institution. Levy holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as M.A. degrees from the Paris School of Economics and the Higher Education Commission.
In terms of research interests, Levy shared, "I study cities and housing, and the role of public policies in determining where people work, invest and retire." This focus underscores his commitment to understanding the dynamics of urban environments and the impact of policy decisions on societal behaviors.
Aside from his academic pursuits, Levy also revealed an intriguing tidbit about his past, stating, "When quite young, I appeared on a French reality TV show called 'Who wants to be the President?' a version of American idol for politics." This unique experience hints at Levy's early engagement with political themes and his diverse background.
