Renowned economist Kirill Borusyak has recently joined the faculty at an undisclosed institution, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of economics. Borusyak, who holds a M.A. in economics from the New Economic School in Moscow and a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University, is set to make a significant impact in his new role.
Borusyak's research interests are focused on analyzing the impacts of international trade on consumers and workers, as well as developing new tools for causal inference in socio-economic data. In his own words, he explained that his "two main areas are (1) analyzing the impacts of international trade on consumers and workers and (2) developing new tools for causal inference in socio-economic data."
