Governor Newsom ends multiple states of emergency in California

Governor Gavin Newsom signed a proclamation today terminating 22 open states of emergency for various prior fires, storms, and other incidents. The governor stated that these proclamations are no longer necessary to facilitate response and recovery efforts.
