The California Secretary of State’s office has announced it will conduct a randomized alphabet drawing to determine the order in which candidates’ names will appear on the November 5, 2024, General Election ballots. The event is scheduled for August 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
The drawing will be held both in-person and live-streamed. The in-person event will take place at the 5th Floor Lobby of the Elections Division of the Secretary of State's Office located at 1500 11th Street, 5th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814. Interested parties are requested to RSVP to SOSPress@sos.ca.gov.
