The California Secretary of State's office, in collaboration with the Alameda County Auditor-Controller/Clerk-Recorder agency, will host an Apostille Pop-Up Shop. The event is scheduled for Thursday, September 26, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Dublin Public Library located at 200 Civic Plaza.

"As the first state to introduce Apostille Pop-Up Shops, we're proud to provide these essential services," said California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D. "Collaborating with Alameda County on the Apostille Pop-Up Shop event showcases our commitment to serving Californians no matter where they are."

The pop-up shop will offer in-person Apostille services for the authentication of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and educational documents for international use.
