California Attorney General Rob Bonta has expressed support for Governor Gavin Newsom's recent executive order, which prohibits evictions for individuals who provide shelter to survivors of the Los Angeles wildfires. “These are extraordinary times. If you provide shelter to someone who has been impacted by the Los Angeles wildfires, you should not be evicted. Allowing that to happen would be flat-out wrong. I share the Governor’s commitment to protecting our neighbors through this crisis,” said Attorney General Bonta.
