Congressman Brad Sherman, representing California's 32nd district since 1997, has recently shared his views on various pressing issues through a series of tweets. Known for his long-standing political career and educational background from UCLA and Harvard University, Sherman continues to engage with the public on social media.

On February 1, 2025, Congressman Sherman addressed the issue of hostages held by Hamas. He stated: "We must #BringThemHomeNow, especially Yarden’s wife Shiri and their two children Ariel and Kfir - who were just 4 years old and 9 months old when Hamas kidnapped them. That these two children have been held hostage by terrorists for nearly 500 days is unconscionable."

The following day, February 2, 2025, Sherman commented on international policy changes under former President Trump. He remarked: "Canada, Mexico and perhaps China will make cosmetic changes in their policies. Then, Trump will declare victory. The 'biggest most beautiful victory ever.' Meanwhile, we will have a major drug problem in 2028, though use of one drug may decline and another increase." In a subsequent tweet posted shortly after the first one that day at the same time stamp he emphasized the need for resources to combat drug issues: "We need real resources to inspect packages and containers, and to provide drug treatment."
