Khalil "KC" Mohseni of Sacramento is now the Commissioner of the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. He previously served as Chief Deputy Director since 2023 and held multiple roles in state government. This position requires Senate confirmation, with a compensation of $224,868.

Kelly Madsen from Elk Grove will serve as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance at the California Housing Finance Agency. Her previous role was Deputy Director of Innovation and Special Initiatives at the same agency. This appointment does not require Senate confirmation, with a salary set at $152,988.

Adam P. Romero from Los Angeles has been named Chief Deputy Director at the Department of Industrial Relations. Romero's past experience includes his work as Deputy Director of Executive Programs at the California Civil Rights Department since 2020. The position does not require Senate confirmation, offering compensation of $190,008.

Janus Norman, based in Sacramento, joins the California Workforce Development Board while serving as President and CEO of the California Broadband and Video Association since 2022. Hala Hijazi from San Francisco also joins this board; she is known for founding Impact Strategies-SF in 2014.

Charles "Chuck" Poss III from Huntington Beach is appointed to the California Apprenticeship Council along with Alejandro "Alex" Beltran from Antelope who currently serves as Director of Training at the Finishing Trades Institute of Northern California and Nevada.

Adhitya "Adhi" Nagraj from Oakland has been reappointed to continue his service on the California Housing Partnership Corporation where he has served since 2016.

Pamela Daniels from El Granada remains on the Board of Chiropractic Examiners alongside Sergio F. Azzolino from San Francisco who returns after previous service between 2012 to 2021.
