Over 2,000 people packed into the International Agri-Center in Tulare County over the weekend to attend U.S. Rep. Devin Nunes' Freedom Festival, a gathering that featured Republican keynote speakers including Donald Trump Jr. and Republican gubernatorial candidate Kevin Faulconer.
