Thousand Palms home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Thousand Palms rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 43.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 16.2% increase over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Thousand Palms in the first half of 2018.
