Palm Desert home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Palm Desert rose by $12,045 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 1,183 homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,545 - a 3.6% increase over the $334,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,265 homes sold in Palm Desert in the first half of 2018.
