Cherry Valley home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Cherry Valley fell by $1,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 0.4% decrease over the $301,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Cherry Valley in the second quarter of 2018.
