Palm Desert home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Palm Desert rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 679 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,500 - a 5.2% increase over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 685 homes sold in Palm Desert in the second quarter of 2018.
