Lakeview home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lakeview fell by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 5.2% decrease over the $422,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lakeview in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Lakeview for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,399, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
