Mountain Center home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mountain Center rose by $98,250 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,250 - a 32.5% increase over the $302,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Mountain Center in the second quarter of 2018.
