Riverside home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Riverside rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 1,019 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 937 homes sold in Riverside in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,709, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
