Riverside home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Riverside rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 369 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 341 homes sold in Riverside in July 2018.
