Homeland home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Homeland fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Homeland in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Homeland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,482, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
