Temecula home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Temecula fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 183 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 207 homes sold in Temecula in June 2018.
