In Costa Mesa, Governor Newsom is offering a $50,000 reward for information regarding the murder of Alan Schwalbe, who was fatally stabbed in his home on August 11, 1993. San Diego is the focus of two reward cases. The first involves the murder of Gregory Ruffin, who was fatally shot near an apartment complex on February 24, 2019.
