The California Secretary of State's office, in collaboration with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s office, is set to host an Apostille Pop-Up Shop. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s office located at 601 North Ross Street, 1st Floor, Room 103.

Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D., stated, "California is proud to be the first state to offer Apostille Pop-Up Shops, bringing essential services directly to the community." She emphasized that the partnership with Orange County for this event underscores their commitment to making these services accessible to Californians across various locations.

The pop-up shop aims to provide in-person Apostille services for authenticating documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and educational documents intended for international use.
