Congressman Brad Sherman, representing California's 32nd district since 1997, has been active on social media discussing various issues. Born in Los Angeles in 1954, Sherman holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles and a JD from Harvard University. He currently resides in Sherman Oaks.

On February 5, 2025, Congressman Sherman commented on former President Trump's proposal regarding Greenland. "Trump will finance the purchase of Greenland by selling time-share condos in Gaza. The only problem: if a displaced Palestinian woman gives birth in Greenland, her infant will be eligible for birthright citizenship."

Later that day, he addressed the issue of housing for disabled veterans. "The recent devastating wildfires have underscored the need for safe and stable housing, and there's nothing more shameful than a disabled veteran forced to live on the streets. In another post on February 5th, Sherman criticized Republican actions related to community banks and consumer protection agencies. "Today @FinancialCmte Republicans put on a hearing claiming to strengthen community banks - all while Trump is causing chaos in our financial markets & gutting consumer protection agencies, like #CFPB, which benefit community banks by maintaining competition/consumer confidence."
