California's largest small business association, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), has announced new leadership roles within its organization. Beth Booth, co-owner of Spaces Renewed in Oceanside, will serve as vice chair of the NFIB California Leadership Council. Booth has been active in lobbying efforts, particularly regarding the 20% Small Business Deduction. She joined NFIB in 2018.
Paul Cramer, president and COO of Star Milling in Perris, will lead NFIB California’s PAC committee. His responsibilities include directing endorsements for legislative and state constitutional offices. Cramer has been a key figure during supply-chain disruptions and has been an NFIB member since 2011.
Max A. Ordonez will continue his role as chairman of NFIB California’s Leadership Council, representing 13,000 members across the state. Ordonez is president and CEO of IMM Management based in Whittier and has been with NFIB since 2007.
John Kabateck, state director for NFIB in California, stated: “We are very thankful to have Beth Booth and Paul Cramer agree to take on new roles in our association.” He added that together with Max Ordonez, they form a strong team advocating for small businesses.
