On March 7, 2025, Rep. Norma Torres tweeted about assisting a constituent named Agustin with his USCIS interview request. She noted, "When Agustin struggled to get a response on his USCIS interview request, he turned to my office for help. After visiting my District Office, he received his new appointment in the mail just a week and a half later—getting his case back on track!"

Later that day, she posted about visiting the L.A. Care Community Resource Center. In her tweet from March 7, 2025, she expressed appreciation for the organization’s work: "#TeamTorres had a wonderful time visiting the L.A. Care Community Resource Center! I loved reading to the kids and connecting with parents about vital resources available to our community. Thank you, L.A. Care, for all you do to support families and promote literacy!"

In another tweet from March 7, 2025, Rep. Torres shared her involvement in securing funding for a new project at Cal Poly Pomona: "Proud to have helped bring funding for the @calpolypomona Community Innovation Hub! This new center in downtown Pomona will support local entrepreneurs, create jobs, and drive economic growth, building a stronger future for our community."
